In the many years I have practiced as a midwife I have been privileged to be present at hundreds of births both in hospital and in the home. I
have witnessed women, supported by their birth companions, naturally birth their babies using HypnoBirthing® methods. It never ceases to amaze me how these women birth in such a composed, relaxed and controlled manner and how their babies are so calm and alert. These women inspired me to train and study HypnoBirthing®- the Mongan Method and I am now able to empower others to look forward to birth confidently without fear or tension and embrace nature’s gift of birth with knowledge and understanding of the power of their bodies. classes compliment Hypnobirthing working to prepare the mind and body for birthing and easing/preventing common pregnancy ailments.

book your place. Each course consists of 5 classes any time after 20 weeks gestation. Yoga classes can be booked in blocks of 5
classes for a reduced rate or on a week to week agreement after your initial dating scan.
