‘We attended Keeley\u2019s hypnobirthing course a couple of years ago in advance of our daughters birth. That experience was amazing and we wanted a similar birth for our son.Keeley ran a refresher session for us to go over the main techniques and relaxation exercises. This brought everything back from the first course and got us in to the right mindset again. Whilst pregnant I also joined Keeley for pregnancy yoga. This was amazing as it gave me an hour dedicated to focussing on the baby and to switch off from the stresses of every day life – especially at the moment with covid. Well needless to say our sons birth was amazing. We were lucky enough to be able to proceed with a home birth, even though that changed a few times in the lead up due to covid. We hired a birthing pool from Keeley, and in addition Keeley was our midwife on the day which we\u2019re incredibly grateful for. It went that smoothly that the second midwife was too late as he\u2019d already been born before she arrived! The birth was calm, peaceful and everything we\u2019d hoped for. The entire hypnobirthing course completely reframed birthing for us. It moved our thoughts away from a medical procedure and something to be scared of, to a place which considers birth to be a completely natural experience and something to be excited for! The birth of my two children are my most precious memories and I honestly can\u2019t thank you enough. I hope this might reassure anyone who is pregnant and considering this course. My sceptic husband is a convert and we\u2019d both recommend this without hesitation.’ Loren<\/p>\n\n\n\n
